围产期综合护理并心理护理对妊娠糖尿病患者的护理效果观察

Observation on Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing During the Perinatal Period Combined with Mental Nursing on the Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的分析围产期综合护理并心理护理对妊娠糖尿病患者的护理效果。方法选取该院于2014年5月—2018年6月收治的妊娠糖尿病患者100例,将患者随机的分为实验组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者给予常规的护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理并心理护理。对两组患者的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、对医师的满意度、焦虑状况的评分、手术的准备时间、手术时间、术后并发症、宫内窘迫胎儿、巨大儿的发生率和新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果实验组患者的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、患者焦虑状况的评分均较对照组低,对比差异有统计学意义,且实验组患者对医师的满意度(94.00%)明显高于对照组(64.00%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症的发生率,实验组为(8%),对照组为(50%),实验组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的新生儿Apgar评分明显高于对照组患者,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围产期给予妊娠糖尿病患者综合护理并心理护理具有较好的临床效果,应在临床中推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing during the perinatal period combined with mental nursing on the patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 100 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the experimental group used the comprehensive nursing combined with mental nursing, and the fasting blood glucose value, postprandial 2 h blood glucose value, satisfactory degree to the physicians, anxiety score, operative preparation time, operative time, postoperative complications, incidence rates of intrauterine fetal distress and giant babies, and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose value, and anxiety score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant, and the satisfactory degree of physicians in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group （94.00% vs 64.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 8.00% and 44.00%, and the incidence rate of complications after surgery in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the neonatal Apgar score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing during the perinatal period combined with mental nursing in the patients with gestational diabetes is better, which can be promoted in clinic.
