尿微量白蛋白与尿糖联合检测在早期糖尿病肾损伤中诊断效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Combined Test of Urine Microalbumin and Urine Glucose in Diagnosis of Early Diabetic Renal Injury

目的分析尿微量白蛋白与尿糖联合检测在早期糖尿病肾损伤中诊断效果。方法随机将2015年8月—2018年6月收治的32例早期糖尿病肾损伤患者作为研究对象,对患者进行尿糖和尿微量白蛋白检测,并将其与病理检查结果进行比较,分析其诊断效果。结果单独尿糖检测的灵敏度为40.00%(4/10),单独尿微量白蛋白检测灵敏度为40.00%(4/10),联合检测的灵敏度为90.00%(9/10),联合检测数据与两种单独检测灵敏度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单独与联合检测特异性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿微量白蛋白与尿糖联合检测对早期糖尿病肾损伤具有较高的诊断价值,其灵敏度和特异性均较高,可以进行推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined test of urine microalbumin and urine glucose in diagnosis of early diabetic renal injury. Methods 32 cases of patients with early diabetic renal injury admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, respectively tested with urine glucose and urine microalbumin, and compared with the pathological examination results, and the diagnosis effect was analyzed. Results The sensitivity of single urine glucose test and single urine microalbumin test and combined test was respectively 40.00% （4/10）,40.00%（4/10）,90.00%（9/10）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the difference in the specificity between the single test and combined test was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The value of combined test of urine microalbumin and urine glucose in diagnosis of early diabetic renal injury is higher, and the sensitivity and specificity are higher, which can be promoted.
