雷贝拉唑联用莫沙必利治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎效果观察

Observation on Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Mosapride in Treatment of Diabetes Combined with Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨雷贝拉唑联用莫沙必利治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎的效果。方法选取该院2017年5月—2018年5月收治的糖尿病合并慢性胃炎患者110例,随机分为2组,各55例,对照组给予雷贝拉唑,观察组在对照组的基础上联用莫沙必利。结果观察组总有效率为94.5%,显著优于对照组78.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FPG(5.6±0.8)mmol/L、症状消失时间(7.8±2.1)d明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联用莫沙必利治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in treatment of diabetes combined with chronic gastritis. Methods 110 cases of patients with diabetes combined with chronic gastritis admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the control group were treated with rabeprazole, while the observation group were treated with rabeprazole combined with mosapride. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group （94.5% vs 78.2%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the FPG, symptom disappearance time in the observation group were respectively （5.6±0.8）mmol/L and （7.8±2.1）d, which were obviously better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in treatment of diabetes combined with chronic gastritis is obvious, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and it is worth application.
