内科护理学浅谈醛固酮受体拮抗剂治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Aldosterone Receptor Antagonists in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy in the Nursing in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的对糖尿病肾病患者接受醛固醇受体拮抗剂治疗的效果进行研究分析,为临床治疗提供参考。方法 2014年3月—2016年3月该院对86例糖尿病肾病患者开展了分析研究,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,共有对照组和观察组两组,均为43例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者接受常规治疗和醛固酮受体拮抗剂治疗,比较分析两组患者的为临床治疗情况。结果治疗前两组各项指标对比不存在统计学差异性,治疗后,患者的各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者有10例不良反应病例,占总数的23.26%,观察组有1例不良反应病例,占总数的2.33%,观察组的不良反应发生率要比对照组低,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者接受治疗的时候使用醛固酮受体拮抗剂的效果比较理想,能够让患者的症状得到改善,临床中的用药不良反应率也比较低,对患者的身体康复帮助非常大,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aldosterone receptor antagonists in treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the nursing in the department of internal medicine thus providing reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 86 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected, and the clinical data were reviewed, and the patients were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy, while the observation group were treated with aldosterone receptor antagonists on the basis of the routine therapy, and the clinical treatment conditions of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The differences in various indicators between the two groups before treatment, after treatment, the differences in various indicators were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and in the control group, 10 cases had the adverse reactions, accounting for 23.26%, in the observation group, 1 case had the adverse reaction, accounting for 2.33%, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of aldosterone receptor antagonists in treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the nursing in the department of internal medicine is ideal, which can improve the symptoms of patients, with lower medication adverse reaction rate, and big rehabilitation effect, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
