绕线式异步电机在起重机上的应用原理及控制方式

摘要 绕线式异步电动机在桥式起重机中应用非常广泛,该电机能很好的限制启动电流,具有很好的启动力矩。主要介绍了该电机控制调速方式(转子接触器切除电阻调速和定子调压调速)的原理及其特点,工作过程中电机故障的排除方法。转子接触器切除电阻调速更多的改进成了定子调压调速,为生产带来更加安全可靠的调速控制,同时要理论联系实际才能发挥其性能。 The wound induction motor has been widely used in overhead traveling cranes. The motor can well limit the starting current and has a good starting torque. The principle and characteristics of the motor speed control mode (rotor cut-off resistance speed regulation and stator voltage regulation speed regulation) have been introduced, as well as the elimination method of motor fault in the working process. More and more contactor rectification resistance speed regulations have been improved into the stator voltage regulation, which brings safer and more reliable speed control to the production. Mean-while, it is necessary to connect the theory with the actual ones to exert its performance.
