基于CAE模拟柴油机飞轮铸件分割设计相结合的铸造工艺研究

摘要 通过分析铸件结构特点,采用铸件分割的设计思路,从冒口、冷铁、浇道布置等环节进行铸造工艺设计;然后通过ProCAST仿真模拟进行流场分析、温度场分析验证设计的合理性;最后通过解剖实际铸件继续验证;模拟和实际解剖结果同时表明:采用铸件分割设计思路合理设计浇注工艺,可有效提高铸件一次校验合格率,并极大提高生产效率。 By analyzing the structural characteristics of castings and adopting the design idea of casting segmentation, the casting process design has been carried out from the riser, cold iron and spree arrangement; then the flow field and temperature field analysis have been carried out to verify the rationality of the design through ProCAST simulation. Finally, the anatomy of the actual casting has beenused to continue the verifying. Both the simulation and actual anatomical results show that the casting process has been rationally designed by use of the casting segmentation design idea, which can effectively improve the one-time pass qualification rate of the casting and greatly improve the production efficiency.
