Mipro系统与西门子PLC间通讯系统的研究与应用

Research and application of communication system between Mipro system and Siemens PLC

主要研究了Mipro系统(Mipro、Micomp Uni、Vedimat)与西门子PLC之间数据通讯问题。系统介绍了Mipro系统的构成与特点、Mipro系统与西门子PLC之间数据通讯网络结构以及通讯技术等,并将研究成果成功应用于砂处理系统,通过Mipro系统实现了对KW混砂机、KW冷却器以及LED生产信息可视化系统的监控、配方参数校正等。

The data communication problems between Mipro system （Mipro, Micomp Uni, Vedimat） and Siemens PLC have been mainly studied in the text. The composition ＆ characteristics of Mipro system,the data communication network structure between Mipro system and Siemens PLC, and the communication technology have been systematically introduced. The research results have been successfully applied to the sand processing system. The KW sand mixer and KW cooler have been realized by Mipro systern, as well as monitoring and recipe parameter correction of visualization system for LED production information.
