SBR工艺在化肥装置污水处理中的应用

摘要 宁夏石化公司化肥装置原有污水处理装置运行时间过久,设备设施老化腐蚀严重,随着环保指标越来越严格,无法有效保证外排达标,根据化肥装置生产过程中产生的污水特点,结合原有污水处理装置的实际场地情况,从处理效果和占地等方面比较了A/O与SBR两种生化处理工艺,最终选择了SBR处理工艺,经过现场一年多的实际应用,取得了较好的效果,NH3-N和COD的去除率分别达到了93%和88%。 The original sewage treatment unit in the Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Ningxia Petrochemical has been in operation for so long that its facilities suffered from serious aging and corrosion and failed to ensure all of the effluent discharges up to standard, as the environmental requirements are becoming more stringent. According to the characteristics of sewage produced in the chemical fertilizer plant, combined with the actual site condition of the original sewage treatment unit, this paper is to compare the two biochemical processes of A/O and SBR from aspects of treatment effect and land occupation, and finally selected the SBR process. After more than one year of practical application in the operation, it has achieved good results, with removal rates of NH3-N and COD up to 93% and 88% respectively.
