丁铵黑药生产工艺的改进

摘要 传统的丁铵黑药生产工艺需要合成、中和、干燥几个步骤,并且生产过程中会产生黑药渣,致使中间产品二丁基二硫代磷酸含量偏低,并且黑药渣污染环境,处理起来也是一个难题,本文通过对丁铵黑药的生产工艺进行改进,解决了黑药渣的难题,并且使工艺流程更加简单,操作容易,大大的提高了丁铵黑药的产能,并且相对于传统生产工艺节省了很多生产辅助设备,降低了生产及维修成本,降低了能耗,同时提高了产品的质量并且更加环保。 The traditional production process of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosph needs to be synthesized, neutralized and dried several steps,and the residue of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosph will be produced in the production process,which leads to the low content of two butyl two thiophphosphoric acid, and the residue of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosph is a difficult problem to be treated. By improving the production process of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosph, this paper solves the problem of the residue of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosph, makes the process more simple, easy to operate, greatly improves the capacity of the ammonium dibutyl dithiophosph, and saves a lot of production auxiliary equipment relative to the traditional production process, reduces the cost of production and maintenance,and reduces the energy consumption. At the same time,it improves the quality of products and is more environmentally friendly.
