摘要
高职-本科3+2分段贯通培养是一种培养高素质应用型和技能型人才的全新培养机制。以化学工程与工艺专业3+2分段贯通培养项目为依托,我们开展了3+2分段贯通培养模式的实践研究,构建了分段贯通培养的课程体系,建立了一体化的教学管理模式,创新了人才培养模式,实现了化学工程与工艺专业两个学段的有效衔接,为高职-本科3+2分段贯通培养模式的完善与推广积累了有益经验。
The 3 + 2 sectional education combined vocational school and college is a new training mechanism to educate high quality-applied and skilled talents. Based on the 3 + 2 sectional education project of chemical engineering and technology, we conducted research and practice of the mode of 3 + 2 sectional education, constructed course system of sectional education, established an integrated teaching management model, innovated the talent training pattern, realized effective connection between two learning segments of chemical engineering and technology. It has accumulated useful experience for the improvement and promotion of the mode of 3 + 2 sectional education combined vocational school and college.
