摘要
基于应用型人才的培养目标和"因材施教"的人才培养思路,针对能源与动力工程的本科专业特点,结合CDIO理念,探讨了个性化应用型本科人才培养模式的设立,构建了基于个性化培养的育人制度。
Based on the objective of the applied talents training and ＂ the talents of training thought of teaching students in accordance with aptitude＂ , the structure of individualized training mode has been discussed and the individualized guiding education system has been designed aiming at the characteristic of energy and power engineering. The concept of CDIO has been contained in this paper.
