基于创业创新导向的地方高校人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Training Mode of Local Universities Based on Entrepreneurial Innovation Orientation

创业创新教育是我国高等教育改革和经济发展的需要,然而地方高校创业创新人才培养模式并不完全适合时代需求。本文主要阐述了地方高校创业创新人才培养的重要意义,分析了存在的问题,并着重就化工与制药专业探索性提出了如何构建新型创业创新人才培养模式。

Entrepreneurship and innovation education is the need of higher education reform and economic development in China. However, the training mode of entrepreneurial and innovative talents in local colleges and universities is not completely suitable for the needs of the times. This paper mainly expounded the significance of the training of entrepreneurial and innovative talents in local colleges and universities, analyzed the existing problems, and put emphasis on the exploration of how to build a new mode of cultivating entrepreneurial and innovative talents for the specialty of chemical and pharmaceutical engineering.
