摘要
围绕当前高校内部校级教学质量监控因规模过大、校级督导工作难以满足学校发展要求这一难题,厘清学校与院(系)的教学质量管理权责范围,构建整体规范与个体优化有效结合的二级教学质量监控机制,实现校院两级教学质量监控的有效衔接,解决"原地踏步"式的教学质量监控现状,使教学质量和人才培养质量进入自我监控、自我保证和自我提高的良性循环中。
In order to realize the problem that the quality monitoring of the college level is too large and the school supervision work is difficult to meet the requirements of the school development. We clarify the scope of the teaching quality management of the school and the College (Department) and construct the two level teaching quality monitoring meehanism of the overall standard and the individual optimization which realize the two level teaching of the school. The effective link of quality control solves the current situation of " step by place" teaching quality monitoring, and makes the teaching quality and quality of personnel training into the virtuous cycle of self monitoring, self guarantee and self improvement.
