摘要
采用高温固相法合成了一系列Tb^(3+),Eu^(3+)掺杂的K3La(PO4)2荧光粉.通过X射线衍射,激发发射光谱以及荧光衰减曲线对样品进行了表征.结果表明,随着Tb^(3+)掺杂浓度的增加,K3La(PO4)2:Tb^(3+)荧光粉呈现蓝光至绿光.在K3La(PO4)2:Tb^(3+)荧光粉中加入Eu^(3+)后,存在着Tb^(3+)对Eu^(3+)离子的电偶极-电偶极相互作用的能量转移过程.当Eu^(3+)的掺杂量为9%时,能量转移效率高达85.89%.随着Eu^(3+)的加入,CIE坐标显示荧光粉的发射光颜色呈现绿色→黄色→橙色的渐变.因此K3La(PO4)2:RE3+(RE=Tb,Eu)可实现单相荧光粉的多色发射.
A series of Tb3+, Eu3+ doped KaLa(PO4)2 phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid state method. The samples were characterized by X ray diffraction, photo luminescence spectra and fluorescence decay curves. The results show that KaLa(PO4)2.. Tb3+ phosphors exhibit blue to green light with increasing Tba+ doping concentration. After adding Eu3+ to the KaLa(PO4)2:Tb3 + phosphor,there is an energy transfer process of the e lectric dipole electric dipole interaction of Eu3+ ion by Tb3+. When the doping amount of Eu3+ is 9% ,the energy transfer efficiency is as high as 85.89% . With the addition of Eu3+ , the CIE coordinates show that the color of the emitted light of the phosphor appears as a greenish yellow orange gradient. Therefore, KaLa (PO4)2 : RE3+ (RE = Tb, Eu) can realize multi color emission of single phase phosphor.
