BiOCl-Ag/AgBr异质结合成及可见光催化性能研究

摘要 通过一锅溶剂热法成功合成了一系列具有不同Ag/AgBr掺入量的BiOCl-Ag/AgBr异质结光催化剂,运用XRD、透射电镜、扫描电镜、XPS等表征手段对BAAx光催化剂的组成及形貌进行了表征,并研究了不同Ag/AgBr掺入量的BAAx复合光催化剂的光催化效率,最后对其光电化学性能进行分析.研究结果表明,BAA0.04光催化剂在对水体系中品红的降解过程表现出了最高活性,且具有良好的使用稳定性及循环可利用性.表明将Ag/AgBr纳米簇引入到BiOCl结构中,所形成的异质结结构可以有效提高催化剂的光响应性,并赋予其快速的界面电荷传导能力,降低光生电子-空穴对的重组效率,提高光催化性能. In this paper,a series of BLOC1 Ag/AgBr heterojunction photocatalysts with differ ent Ag/AgBr contents were successfully synthesized by a simply one pot solvothermal meth od,then the composition and morphology of BAAx photocatalysts were characterizaed by XRD,TEM,SEM,XPS and so on. The photocatalytic activity of BAAx composite photocata lysts with different Ag/AgBr contents and their photoelectrochemical property were also studied. The results showed that BAA0.04 photocatalyst exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity in the degradation of acid fuchsin under visible light irradiation, and robust stability and good cycle availability were also obtained. It indicates that the introduction of Ag/AgBr nanoclusters to BLOCl structure effectively improve the light response property and interfa cial charge migration for the formation of BiOCl -Ag/AgBr heterojunction,so that the recom bination efficiency of photoexcited electron hole pairs can be inhibited effectively.
