妇炎康联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的系统评价

Meta-analysis on efficacy of Fuyankang tablets( capsules) combined with antibiotics in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:采用Meta分析法评价妇炎康联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:通过检索CNKI、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、Pubmed外文数据库(1990~2017年),收集有关妇炎康联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎随机对照临床研究的文献,把符合纳入标准的11篇文献共1 798例患者作为Meta分析的对象,选择临床疗效作为效应指标,采用RevMan 5. 3软件进行统计学分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示妇炎康联合抗生素在改善临床症状方面与对照组比较有显著性差异,无明显不良反应,治疗慢性盆腔炎临床显效率OR=4. 29,95%CI=(1. 74,2. 67),P <0. 05;治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效总体有效率OR=5. 43,95%CI=(3. 59,7. 02),P <0. 05。结论:妇炎康联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎有效,安全性较高,较对照组有优势,可为临床用药提供参考。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuyankang tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by meta-analysis. Methods： By searching CNKI, VIP database of Chinese scientific journals, Wanfang database, China Biomedical Document Service System （CBM）、Pubmed from 1990 to 2017, to collect the literature about the randomized controlled clinical study of Fuyankang tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, A total of 1 798 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects of Meta analysis, Clinical efficacy were selected as effect indicators, by Using RevMan 5.3 software for statistical analysis. Results： Meta-analysis showed that Fuyankang tablets combined with antibiotics treatment group in the improvement of Clinical efficacy, compared with the control group, was significantly different. There was no significant adverse reaction in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease; clinical significant effective rate OR = 4.29 ,95% CI =（1.74,2.67）, P 〈0.05.in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, overall clinical effective rate OR =5.43,95% CI =（3.59,5.7.02）, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： Fuyankang tablets combined with antibiotics treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was more effective, safer than the control group, which has advantages for clinical application and reference.
