摘要 PI3K/Akt信号通路是有关细胞增殖、分化、血管生成、细胞存活和代谢等多种细胞功能的重要信号转导通路。近年来,PI3K/Akt信号通路在神经病理性疼痛的研究也越来越受关注。电针对神经病理性疼痛具有良好的镇痛效果。因此,本文对PI3K/Akt信号通路在神经病理性疼痛的研究进展进行综述,以期为电针的临床应用提供依据。 Phosphoinositide 3 kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/Akt) signaling pathway is an important signal transduction pathway being related to cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, glucose transport and other cellular functions. In recent years, the study of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway has received more and more attention in neuropathic pain. Electroacupuncture has a better analgesic effect in neuropathic pain. This article summarizes recent years' studies of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in neuropathic pain and provides evidence for further studies on electroacupuncture treatment of neuropathic pain.
