艾滋病患者HAART前后血清IL-7与CD4^+T细胞数量及HIV-RNA定量相关性研究

Correlations between Serum IL-7,CD4^+T Cell Count and HIV-RNA in Patients with AIDS before and after HAART

目的探讨经高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)的艾滋病(AIDS)患者前后血清IL-7含量与CD4^+T细胞数量及HIV-RNA定量相关性。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月间在我院接受HAART的艾滋病患者58例,通过ELISA检测IL-7含量,流式细胞术检测CD4^+T细胞数量,利用实时定量PCR定量检测HIV-RNA。针对患者HAART治疗前后血清内IL-7含量、CD4^+T细胞数量以及HIV-RNA定量值进行相关性分析。结果 AIDS患者HAART后血清IL-7含量明显减少、CD4^+T细胞数量明显增多,HIV-RNA含量明显减低(P<0.001)。且治疗前后IL-7与CD4^+T细胞数量改变量呈明显负相关;治疗前后IL-7与HIV-RNA定量的对数值改变量无相关性。结论艾滋病患者经HAART后IL-7降低量与CD4^+T细胞数量增高量呈负相关,而与HIV-RNA定量的降低量无相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlations between IL-7,CD4^＋T cell count and HIV-RNA of patients with AIDS before and after HAART.Methods A total of 58 patients with AIDS treated with HAART in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2015 were enrolled in this study. ELISA was used to determine the serum IL-7 levels,flow cytometry was used to count CD4^＋T cells,and real-time PCR was used to quantify HIV-RNA. The correlations between IL-7,CD4^＋T cell count and HIV-RNA of patients with AIDS before and after HAART were analyzed.Results After HAART,the serum IL-7 levels were decreased,the count of CD4^＋T cells was increased,and quantitative HIV-RNA was reduced（ P0.001）. There was a negative correlation between the changes of IL-7 and CD4^＋T cells（ r-2= 0.8631）,but no correlation between the changes of IL-7 and HIV-RNA（ r-2= 0. 0. 0143）. Conclusion The decrease of IL-7 has a negative correlation with the increase of CD4^＋T cell count,but no correlation with the decrease of quantitative HIV-RNA.
