水中银的铂/二氧化钛纳米粒子过氧化物模拟酶-快速比色测定法的建立

摘要 目的利用铂/二氧化钛纳米粒子(Pt/TiO_2NPs)的类过氧化物酶特性建立水中银(Ag^+)的快速比色半定量检测法。方法采用光催化还原法合成Pt/TiO_2NPs;基于Ag^+显著抑制Pt/TiO_2NPs的类过氧化物酶催化活性原理,裸眼观察加入不同浓度Ag^+后显色反应颜色的变化。结果合成的Pt/TiO_2NPs具有高效的类过氧化物酶活性;在优化条件下仅通过裸眼观察,Ag^+的检出限可达0.4μmol/L;其它常见金属离子对Ag^+的测定无明显干扰。结论基于Pt/TiO_2NPs类过氧化物酶催化活性的比色法简便易行,适用于水中Ag^+的半定量检测。
