摘要
二十碳五烯酸(C20∶5,n-3,EPA),是一种ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸,具有广泛的生物活性.目前,微拟球藻(Nannochloropsis)被认为是最有潜力的EPA的生产藻株而被广泛关注.针对微拟球藻野生藻株进行了重离子束辐照联合三氯生诱变选育,以期获得高产EPA的微拟球藻藻株.最终获得的突变株M44,其EPA质量分数为43.3%,EPA质量浓度达到2.5g/L,是出发藻株的2.38倍.本研究证实了一种可用于改良EPA生产的诱变育种策略,并提供了一种具有较高EPA产量的微拟球藻突变藻株.
Eicosapentaenoic acid (C20: 5, n-3, EPA) is an omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid with wide biological activities. Currently, Nannochloropsis is considered to be the most potential EPA producer. In this study, we carried out a new selective breeding experiment of heavy ion beam irradiation combined with triclosan treatment, aiming to obtain the high EPA yield mutant of Nannochloropsis. Mutant strain M44 was obtained with EPA content of 43.3 %, and the EPA yield reached 2.5 g/L, which was 2.38 times higher than that of the original strain SD595. This study confirmed a feasible breeding strategy for improving EPA production, and provided a Nannochloropsis mutant with high EPA yield.
