原位混凝/超滤处理回用水工艺研究

摘要 为解决景观绿化回用水的安全问题,提升回用水水质,开发了原位混凝/超滤一体化装置。采用混凝作为超滤技术的强化膜处理工艺,提高了资源的回收利用率,有效控制了总磷排放量,减轻了景观水体的富营养化现象。原位连续混凝技术强化了超滤水回用装置的除污染能力,经混凝静态试验和中试装置动态测试,混凝剂采用连续原位投加方式,膜通量提升了40%,处理能力稳定,适合市政污水处理设施的升级改造。该设备能有效截留致病菌,在提升供水安全的同时降低了消毒副产物的浓度。 In order to solve the safety problem of reuse water for landscape greening and improve its quality, an in-situ coagulation/UF integrated device was developed. Coagulation was used as enhanced membrane treatment process of UF, which could improve the recovery and utilization of resources , effectively control the total phosphorus emission, and alleviate the eutrophication of landscape water. The in-situ continuous coagulation technology strengthened the decontamination ability of the UF water reuse unit. Through the static coagulation test and the dynamic pilot test with in-situ continuous addition of coagulant, the membrane flux increased by 40%, the device achieved a stable treatment capacity and was suitable for the upgrading of municipal wastewater treatment facilities. It could effectively intercept pathogenic bacteria, improve the safety of water supply as well as reduce the concentration of disinfection by-products.
