Renovation and operation of drinking water disinfection system of sodium hypochlorite

针对滨海新区A水厂次氯酸钠用于饮用水消毒的改造工程,结合生产实际,对工艺改造要点例如消毒运行方式、储存容器和加药管路材质、排气系统的设计等,以及运行中出现的问题例如计量泵的选择、药剂投加管路的安装方向、防喷溅系统的安装等进行了较为详细的分析与阐述,以期为同行业消毒系统设计及运行提供参考。

In view of the renovation project of sodium hypochlorite used for drinking water disinfection in A Waterworks of Binhai New District and combined with practical production, the key points of technological renovation, such as the mode of disinfection operation, the materials of storage containers and dosing pipelines, the design of exhaust system, and the problems in operation, such as the selection of metering pumps, the direction of the dosing pipeline and the installation of the anti-splash system were analyzed and expounded in detail, in order to provide reference for the design and operation of the disinfection system in the same field.
