摘要
为了解决人工清洗太阳能板困难,以及目前的一些自动清洗机器人无法适应不同规格的太阳能板的问题,我们就此进行了研究,并且制作了一种可在范围内自由伸缩的太阳能板自动清洗机器人。为实现该功能,从结构和程序两个方向进行设计。结构方面,利用导轨滑块以及同步带和同步带轮实现了范围内自由伸缩的功能。清洗装置进行模块化,以更好地适应不同的工作环境。程序方面,利用单片机对机器人进行控制,使机器人能够以规定的轨迹行走。
In order to solve a problem that the solar panels is difficult to cleaning artificially and some automatic cleaning robots can not adapt to different size of solar panels. We are solving this problem and making a automatic cleaning solar panels robot which can stretch freely in the range. In order to realize this function, we design two aspects of structure and program. In the aspect of structure, we use the assembly of lead rail, slider, synchronous belt and wheel to skillfully realize a function of free-stretch in the range. The cleaning device is modularized, to better adapt to different working conditions. In the aspect of program, we use single chip microcomputer to control the robot, so that the robot can walk in a prescribed trajectory.
