摘要 以轮胎花纹块基模制造为例,阐述基于CAD/CAM技术的模具设计的特点关键技术,重点介绍了CAD/CAM技术的特点、优越性和智能化优点。介绍了花纹块基模设计与制造的基本思路和步骤,加工工艺和加工参数设置等关键问题。通过实验验证,采用CAD/CAM技术可提高模具的设计水平和加工质量,提高工作效率,降低生产成本,该方法已达到工程实用水平。 Taking the tire block basic mold manufacturing as an example, the key technology of mold design based on CAD/CAM technology is expounded, and the characteristics, superiority and intelligence advantages of CAD/CAM technology are introduced. The basic ideas and steps of designing and manufacturing the basic model of the block, the key problems of machining process and processing parameter setting are introduced. The CAD/CAM technology can improve the design level and processing quality of the mold, improve work efficiency and reduce production cost. The method has reached the practical level of engineering.
