基于温升控制的某汽车转接座热设计研究

摘要 针对现有一款汽车转接座温升试验时出现温升过高的问题,提出一种基于温升控制的热设计研究方法。首先利用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对现有转接座进行温升仿真分析。其次通过建立热平衡方程,得到影响转接座温升的所有因素,随之将这些因素参数化进行灵敏度及目标优化分析。优化结果表明,优化后的转接座温升减小75.6%,可靠性得到显著提高。最后通过温升试验进一步验证了有限元分析结果的准确性,为后续相关产品热设计提供了一定的指导意义。 Aiming at the problem of excessive temperature rise during the temperature rise test of the existing car adapter, we put forward a research method for thermal design based on temperature rise control. Firstly, the ANSYS Workbench Thermal-Electric analysis system is used to simulate the temperature rise of the existing adapter. Secondly, by establishing the heat balance equation of the adapter, all the factors affecting the temperature rise of the adapter are obtained. Then the parameters are parameterized for sensitivity and target optimization analysis. The results show that the optimized temperature rise is reduced by 75.6%, and the reliability is improved significantly. Finally, the accuracy of the finite element analysis results is further verified by temperature rise experiments, which provides a certain guiding significance for the subsequent thermal design of related products.
