Through the investigation of the current situation of the start shutdown auxiliary system of the 330MW generator unit,the main technical problems have been detected.By analyzing the sliding parameter shutdown of the unit,the confirmation of the state of the unit mediation and the cold starting,the paper puts forward the technical scheme of the sliding parameter shutdown of the unit,the energy saving of the generator unit, the preparation before the starting up and the cold starting.The system works well,and the start shutdown management system of the generator unit is more economical,standard and orderly.
