对乳腺癌患者参与手术决策的现状研究进行综述,归纳和总结了影响乳腺癌患者参与手术决策的因素主要为患者自身、医护人员、社会支持、决策辅助工具等.目前我国在乳腺癌患者参与手术决策方面的研究仍处于起步阶段,缺乏干预研究,有必要开展针对性的干预研究,促进患者有效参与决策.

This article reviews the current status of breast cancer patients involved in surgical decision making, and it concludes that the factors affecting breast cancer patients＇ participation in surgical decision making are the patient＇s own factors, medical staff, social support, decision making aids, etc.. China＇s breast cancer patients participate in surgery the research on decision making is still in its infancy, and there is a lack of intervention research. It is necessary to carry out targeted pre study research to promote effective participation of patients in decision making.
