摘要
通过对丙烯酸乳液聚合工艺、原料配比的探究,得到最优的合成工艺;在水性丙烯酸改性过程中,通过引入小分子多元醇(TMP)、有机硅,确定其最佳量以此来改善乳液成膜硬度低、耐水性差等问题.研究结果表明:采用半连续滴加的方式,滴加时间3h,聚合乳液较稳定.通过对原料配比的探究,得到合成丙烯酸乳液的最优量为引发剂1.5%,乳化剂3%,链转移剂1.5%,硅单体2%,TMP 2%,此时制备的丙烯酸乳液稳定性及成膜性较好.
By investigating the acrylic emulsion polymerization process and raw material ratio, the optimal synthesis process is determined.Through introducing the small molecule polyol and organic silicon in the process of waterborne acrylic acid modification, the optimal amounts that can improve the emulsion low film hardness and poor water resistance were obtained. The results showed that under the condition of semi continuous addition with 3 h,the polymerization emulsion was stable.The research on the ratios of raw materials suggested that the acrylic emulsion of good stability and film forming property was pre pared with 1.5% of initiator,3% of emulsifier,1.5% of chain transfer agent,2% of organic silicon and 2% of TMP.
