全域旅游视阈下弱势旅游地开发路径——以安徽淮南市为例

Developing Path for Disadvantageous Tourist Areas under the Perspective of All-for-One Tourism:Taking Huainan of Anhui as an Example

全域旅游有助于最大程度地将各行业融入其中,实现旅游资源的优化配置。而弱势旅游地由于资源、区位、品牌等不足,旅游开发受限,不利于我国旅游业的公平及可持续发展。以安徽淮南为典型的弱势旅游地发展旅游业存在基础设施不够完善、旅游资源分散等共性问题,通过全域旅游理念指导,以及完善公共服务体系、加强"互联网+"应用、塑造核心文化传播符号等对策路径,可为弱势旅游地发展提供借鉴。

All for one tourism can help to integrate various industries to maximum extent and realize the optimization of tourist rcsourccs. But in disadvantageous tourist areas, tourist industry is faced with many problems, such as insufficient resources and brands, inferior position and inadequate developing, which is not beneficial for the fair and sustainable development of whole country＇s tourist industry. Huainan of Anhui is a typical disadvantageous tourist area, and is troubled with such common difficulties as imperfect infrastructure and scattered tourist resources. This paper suggests that the city should be guided by the concept of all for one tourism, improve public service system, strengthen the application of ＂Incrnct Plus＂ technology, design core sign for cultural communication and take some other countermeasures so as to set a good example.
