摘要
目前国内高校数字参考咨询服务尚处于起步阶段,嵌入式参考咨询服务在具体实施过程中面临若干问题。双向嵌入式服务把图书馆看成是一个整合高校内相关资源的职能部门,而不是一个单纯的服务提供者或服务窗口。参考咨询部门通过与教学院部、学校职能部门、实验室和科研项目组、学生志愿者、学生兴趣小组和社团和学生创新创业团队开展深度合作,形成互帮互助、互利共赢的服务模式。
Univcrsity libraries' digital reference service in China is now still in its initial stage, and the embedded reference service is faced with a few problems in implementation. The bilateral embedded service regards library as a functional department of university that integrates related resources, rather than a simple service provider or service window. By conducting in depth cooperation with schools, functional departments, laboratories, scientific research teams and student volunteers, interest groups, clubs, innovation and cntrcprcncurship teams, library' s reference department can build with them a mutually helpful and beneficial service pattern.
