摘要
微信朋友圈深受手机用户的喜爱。它在丰富我们精神生活的同时,也引发了一系列焦虑症,诸如人际交往焦虑症、时间焦虑症以及价值观焦虑症。这些焦虑症如果不加以消解,会给社会成员带来极大困扰,甚至严重影响他们的身心健康。为了让人们享受到微信朋友圈带来的快乐,促进人与人之间的正常沟通,提出如下对策:优化人际交往能力;做好时间管理;做好价值观的固化与自我认同。
The Moments of WeChat is loved by many mobile phone users. While enriching users' spiritual life, it also causes much anxiety in their mind, such as anxiety toward interpersonal communication, time and value. If not relieved, it will cause greater trouble, even seriously affect users' physical and mental health. In order to make users better enjoy the happiness brought by the Moments of WeChat and promote interpersonal communication, it is necessary to optimize interpersonal skills, improve time management ability, stick to excellent values and realize self identification.
