摘要
社会经济的快速发展加大了对高层次应用型专业人才的需求,如何在专业学位硕士研究生招生规模扩张与研究生培养质量之间获得和谐发展是目前国内的全日制专业学位研究生教育必须面临的问题。就全日制专业学位研究生创新创业与实践能力培养提出"1—3—1"全日制专业学位硕士研究生创新创业培养理念和基于双导师制的校内外专业实践能力培养机制,并应用于淮海工学院测绘工程专业学位硕士研究生的培养实践。
There is an increasing demand for high level application-oriented talents with the rapid development of social economy. At present,national master degree postgraduate education for full-time professional degree is facing a serious problem. It is that how to obtain the harmonious development between the expansion of postgraduate enrollment scale and the postgraduate training quality. For the spirit of the innovation and entrepreneurship of postgraduate and practical ability cultivation,＂1-3-1＂training mechanism and the cultivation mechanism of practical ability in and out of school based on double tutor system were raised and applied to the training process of postgraduate of geomatics.
