教师是保证学校办学水平、提高教学质量的关键,是学校力量的主体,教师教学能力是制约高等教育改革和发展的主要瓶颈之一。本文在阐述加强高校青年教师教学能力提升的重要意义的基础上,构建了长春理工大学教师教学发展培养体系,及近几年学校教师教学发展取得的初步成效。
