研究性学习与大学人才培养模式选择

Study Learning and the Choice of Talents Training Mode in University

现代大学的人才培养依赖于研究性学习的开展,研究性学习是对接受性学习的整合与升级,给学生自主学习提供了渠道,也是学生参与高校科研活动的有效途径,符合创新教育实施的内涵。本文随后结合电子科技大学工商管理专业案例进行阐述,得出启示。

The talent training of Modern University depends on the development of study learning. It is the integration and upgrading of acceptance learning,providing a channel for students to learn autonomously. Moreover,it is also an effective way for students to participate in university research activities,which is in line with the connotation of innovative education implementation. Based on the case of business administration of university of electronic science and technology of China,the inspiration to management is then proposed in this work.
