摘要
本文采用文献计量的方法,对1994年至2017年3月期间发表在中国知网中所有主题为"教师工作满意度"的文献统计分析发现:教师工作满意度的研究已经历了起步期、积累期、发展期;研究成果发布范围分布非常分散;研究者重复率较低、新增量较高、未形成成熟的核心作者群。
This essay applied the approach of the bibliometrics to collect and analyze the thesis which is named as ‘teacher' s job satisfaction' and published in China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) from 1994 to the March of 2017,and found that the research of teacher's job satisfaction has experienced the period of starting,accumulating,and developing;The range of research's results is published widely;the percentage of repetition is lower,the increment is higher,and the group of mature core authors has not been formed.
