摘要
啤酒工艺学是一门实践性非常强的课程,针对酿酒工程专业学生在啤酒工艺学课程教学过程中进行研究性实践教学,培养学生的自主学习能力,鼓励学生走出课堂,理论联系实际,提升学生的工程实践能力和综合素质。
Beer technology is a practical very strong course,in the technology in beer brewing engineering students to carry on the investigative practice teaching in the process of teaching,cultivate students' autonomous learning ability, students are encouraged to get out of the classroom,theory with practice, improve the students' engineering practical ability and comprehensive quality.
