研讨式教学方式在党校专题教学中应用探讨

Research on the Application of the Seminar Teaching Method in the Special Topic Teaching of the Party School

研讨式教学是提升党校培训质量的重要教学方式。本文首先从理论上探讨了研讨式教学的内涵和优点以及党校应用研讨式教学的必要性,提出了把握好选择适当的研讨题目,明确研讨主题;学员研讨前充分准备,科学编排研讨小组;教师恰当掌控研讨过程,提高研讨质量;科学、系统评估研讨过程等研讨式教学的关键环节。研讨式教学也对教师能力提出较高要求。

The seminar teaching is an important teaching method to improve the training quality of the Party school. In this paper,the connotation and advantages of seminar teaching and the necessity of applying the discussion teaching in the Party School are discussed in theory. Several key links of the seminar teaching proposes：to select the appropriate topic for discussion and discuss the subject;to prepare fully before the seminar and arrange scientifically seminar;teachers control properly the process of discussion and improve the quality of discussion;to evaluate scientifically the process of discussion. Teachers should possess higher ability in the Seminar teaching.
