模拟医学教育在外科创伤诊疗中的优劣势分析 被引量:1

The Role of Simulation-Based Medical Education in the Emergency Trauma Treatment

摘要 模拟医学教育符合伦理要求,安全性、可控性强,内容丰富,是社会发展的趋势,能够弥补教学资源不足、提高技能水平、培养决策能力及团队精神。然而,模拟医学教育也有局限性,不能完全替代临床实践,需结合床边教学。 Carrying out simulation-based medical education in the clinical education of emergency trauma treatment accord with ethics and is the trend of social development. SBME is safe,controllable and rich in content. It can make up the deficiency of clinical teaching resources,improve the level of clinical skill and develop clinical decision-making ability and team spirit of trainees. However,SBME has some limitations,it can not completely replace the real clinical practice,which should be combined with bedside teaching to effectively promote the development of medical education.
