植物性抗癌中药抗瘤机制研究

Anti-tumor mechanism of plant-based anticancer Chinese medicine

目的为临床治疗肿瘤的中药组方与抗癌新药研发提供理论参考。方法通过人工检索《中华人民共和国药典(一部)》(2015版)、《中药学》(4版)收载的植物性抗癌/免疫调节中药品种166种。以"中药""抗瘤"为检索词,检索维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)等数据库。共检索到近30年内明确记载抗胃癌中药文献478篇,抗胃癌中药85种,抗结直肠癌中药76种,抗肝癌中药120种。统计抗胃癌/结直肠癌/肝癌中药的抗瘤机制丰度。分析抗瘤机制分布规律与中药多靶点、抑制转移、防复发等抗瘤作用的内在联系。结果抗胃癌/结直肠癌/肝癌中药抗瘤机制在抑制增值/生长、调节免疫、诱导凋亡等方面丰度较高,分布趋势基本一致。结论选择抗瘤机制丰度较高的中药并充分覆盖多种抗瘤机制进行中药组合是中药抗瘤应用及新药研究时可参考的重要因素。

Objective To provide theoretical guidance for prescribing herbal medicines in cancer therapy and new drug research and development against cancer. Methods A total of 166 kinds of herbal anticancer and/or immunoregulation Chinese medicine were recorded by manually retrieved through Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China（part I）（2015 edition）and Chinese Pharmacy（4th edtion）. The database including VIP,CNKI was retrieved by using“Chinese medicine”,“antiumor”. Totally 478 clearly documented articles of Chinese medicine against gastric cancer were retrieved in recently 30 years,including 85 kinds of Chinese medicine against gastric cancer,76 kinds of Chinese medicine against colorectal cancer and 120 kinds of Chinese medicine against liver cancer. The abundance of anti-cancer mechanism on Chinese medicine against gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and liver cancer was counted. The internal relation of distribution regularities of anticancer mechanism with multi-targets of Chinese medicine,metastasis inhibition,recurrence preventing and other effects were analyzed. Results Anti-cancer mechanism of Chinese medicine against gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and lvier cancer had high abundance in inhibiting proliferation/growth,regulating immunity and inducing apoptosis,with the same distribution trend.Conclusion The key factor for anti-cancer application of Chinese medicine and new drug research is to select traditional Chinese medicine prescription with high abundance of anti-cancer mechanism and sufficient anti-tumor mechanism.
