镁合金化学镀镍前处理工艺条件优化 被引量:2

Optimization of Pre-treatment Process Conditions of Electroless Nickel Plating on Magnesium Alloy

摘要 采用正交试验对镁合金化学镀镍前处理工艺条件进行优化,并对影响最大的因素进行单因素试验,以确定最佳的前处理工艺条件。镁合金化学镀镍最佳的前处理工艺条件为:ZnCl228.5g/L,K_2CO_34g/L,K_4P_2O_7·10H_2O 90g/L,NaF 5g/L。与镁合金基体相比,前处理后的化学镀镍层的点滴时间更长、自腐蚀电流密度更小、自腐蚀电位更正,耐蚀性增强。 The pre treatment process conditions of electroless nickel plating on magnesium alloy were optimized by orthogonal test, and the single factor experiment was used to determine the optimal pre treatment process conditions. The optimal pre treatment process conditions of electroless nickel plating on magnesium alloy were as follows: ZnCl2 28. 5 g/L, K2CO34 g/L, K4P2O7· 10H2O 90 g/L, NaF 5 g/L. Compared with magnesium alloy substrate, the dropping time of the electroless nickel coating after pre treatment was longer, its current density was smaller and potential was higher, indicating that the corrosion resistance of the electroless nickel coating after pre treatment was better than that of magnesium alloy substrate.
