摘要
古代史学家所云德、才、学、识,虽然是就史学家而言,对教育领域也具有不可忽视的借鉴意义。从当代教育者的职业内涵和发展来看,德、才、学、识这四个字,分别代表了优秀教师必备的四个方面的素养:卓越的价值审度能力、鲜活的语言表达能力、博通的知识更新能力、敏锐的问题洞见能力。教师要不断进取,追求卓越,以灵活多样的个性化教学,讲出特色,教出风格。
As far as historians are concerned,ancient historiographers have learned,learned,learned,and learned,whichcan not be ignored in the field of education.From the perspective of the professional connotation and development ofcontemporary educators,morality,talent,learning and recognition are four words.It represents four aspects of the qualityof a good teacher:outstanding ability to appreciate value,vivid ability to express language,ability to update knowledge,keen ability of insight into problems.With flexible and diverse individualized teaching,speak out the characteristic,teachthe style.
