辅导员是高校思想政治工作的核心力量,但受历史虚无主义等影响,部分辅导员出现了理想信念不坚定、职业规划不清晰、职业行为不规范等现象,严重影响了思想政治工作有效开展。红色文化所蕴含的坚定信念、持之以恒、开拓创新等精神特质,对于辅导员职业道德建设具有重要价值。

Counselor is the core of the ideological and political work in universities,but influenced by historicalnihilism,some counselors appeared some phenomena,for example,the ideal belief is not firm,career planning is not clear,professional behavior is not standard,these problems are seriously affected the effective development of ideological andpolitical work.The red culture that have strong belief,persistence and innovation are of great value to the construction ofprofessional ethics of counselors.
