本文在研究总结东华大学教职工文体活动特点的基础上,深入分析教职工文体活动对促进校园文化建设的作用,并对如何更好的发挥教职工文体活动的价值提出相应策略,尝试为今后在教职工文体活动的开展以及校园文化建设方面提供有益的借鉴。

Based on studying and summing up the culture and sports activities characteristics of DONGHUAUniversity teaching staff,analysis the promotion of campus cultural construction by culture and sports activities of collegestaff,and puts forward strategies on how to progress the value of the culture and sports activities,trying to provide a usefulreference for the future of the campus cultural construction by culture and sports activities of college staff.
