摘要
汽车产业的利好发展,对汽车行业人才培养提出了更高的要求,目前的人才培养方式不足以满足汽车行业的发展需求,急需一个锻炼学生实践和创新能力的平台,以对当前应试教育为主的工程教育体系进行补偿和完善,中国大学生方程式汽车大赛与实践教学相结合,能够很好地提高学生的综合能力,促进学科发展,培养新形势下需要的优秀人才。
The positive development of automobile industry has put forward a higher demand for the training oftalents in automobile industry.At present,the training of talents is not enough to meet the development of automobileindustry.A platform to train students ＇practice and innovation ability is urgently needed to compensate and perfect theengineering education system.We will promote the development of disciplines and train the outstanding talents neededin the new situation.
