高校艺术设计专业创新创业人才培养策略探究

教育的普及,高等院校的不断扩招,外加日益严重的就业竞争压力,致使很多大学就业难。为了更好解决这一问题,大学生创业能力培养就成为当前教育工作的重点,这也是我国教育需要改革的重点所在。艺术设计人才是我国人力资源的一部分,探索艺术设计人才培养模式、本专业改革方法,培养创新创业综合型人才,是当下高校的重要课题。本文以知识经济为背景,从新型教学理念与模式出发,探寻当前艺术设计专业教育模式改革的重点,在国家战略的引导下为艺术设计专业人才的培养寻找全新的路径,为整体创新创业教育提供有效参考。

With the popularization of education,the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities,and theincreasing pressure of employment competition,many universities find it difficult to obtain employment.In order to solvethis problem better,the cultivation of college students＇ entrepreneurial ability has become the focus of current educationwork.This is also the key point of the educational reform in our country.Art and design talents are a part of humanresources in our country.We should explore the training mode of art and design talents,reform the methods of thisspecialty,and train innovative and enterprising comprehensive talents.It is an important subject in colleges anduniversities at present.Based on the background of knowledge economy and the new teaching idea and mode,this paperexplores the key points of the reform of the education mode of art design major.Under the guidance of national strategy,it can find a new way for the cultivation of art and design professionals and provide an effective reference for the overallinnovation and entrepreneurship education.
