改良保心汤对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Modified Baoxin Decoction on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

研究温阳利水重活血法对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能改善情况及生活质量的影响。将60例慢性心力衰竭患者观察组和对照组各30例,两组均予以强心、利尿及扩血管等西医常规治疗,观察组加用改良保心汤,对照组加用保心汤治疗,经过治疗,观察组患者显效率为50%(15/30),显著高于对照组的33.33%(10/30),经统计分析,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),在以后的常规治疗的基础上,温阳利水重活血法治疗慢性心力衰竭可以提高心功能指标,更有效地改善生活质量,值得我们临床应用和推广。

To study the effect of Warming Yang and promoting diuresis and promoting blood circulation on theimprovement of cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.60 cases of chronic heart failurein the observation group and the control group of 30 cases,two groups were given strong heart,diuresis and vasodilatorroutine treatment,the observation group added modified Baoxin soup,the control group combined with Baoxindecoction,after treatment,the observation group was 50% （15 / 30）,significantly higher than the control group of 33.33%（10 / 30）,According to the statistical analysis,there are significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）.On thebasis of conventional treatment,we can improve the cardiac function index and improve the quality of life moreeffectively,which is worthy of clinical application.
