The Application of "MOOCs" in Teaching of Marine Biology "Conservation Biology"

在现代信息技术快速发展的背景下,"慕课"即大规模网络开放课程是高等院校教学改革的重要途径之一。我们根据《保护生物学》学科的特点,依托blackboard平台建立"慕课"网络课程,并将其与传统教学方式相结合,发挥学生的主观能动性,提高教与学的成效,促进学生建立生物多样性与生态环境保护的意识。

In the context of the rapid development of modern information technology,＂MOOC＂,a large-scaleopen network course,is one of the important ways of teaching reform in institutions of higher learning.Based on thecharacteristics of the discipline ＂Conservation Biology＂,we established a ＂MOOC＂ online course relying on theblackboard platform.We also combined it with traditional teaching methods to improve the initiation of students andenhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning.Therefore,it could help to establish the awareness of biologicaldiversity and ecological and environmental protection.
