幼儿园中班班级管理现状的调查研究——以廊坊市G幼儿园为例

Investigation and Study on Management Status of Kindergarten Middle Class——Based on the Study of the G kindergarten in Langfang City

幼儿期是幼儿身心发展的关键时期,幼儿教育是以促进幼儿身心全面发展为己任的,同时也是终身教育的奠基阶段。幼儿身心发展还不成熟,需要幼儿老师的抚育与指导,而幼儿园班级作为幼儿园的核心单位,是儿童游戏与学习的主要场所。因此,幼儿园班级管理就显得尤为重要。笔者以廊坊市某幼儿园中班为例,综合采用问卷、观察、访谈的方法调查其中班班级管理现状,并针对存在的问题提出改进措施。

Early childhood is the key period for the physical and mental development of young children.Earlychildhood education is the responsibility of promoting the development of the physical and mental development ofyoung children.It is also the cornerstone of lifelong education.The physical and mental development of infants andyoung children is not yet mature and requires the nurturing and guidance of kindergarten teachers.The kindergartenclass serves as the core unit of kindergartens and the main place for children＇s play and learning.Therefore,kindergartenclass management is particularly important. For instance,in the middle class of a kindergarten in Langfang City,the authorused questionnaires,observations,and interviews to investigate the current status of class management,and proposedimprovement measures for the existing problems.
