在科技发展日益加速的背景下,新媒体的影响范围逐渐变大。高等院校作为人才培养的主要阵地,高等教育工作也需要作出及时的调整。大学生的心理健康问题是高校教育工作者首要关注的问题,新媒体对于高校大学生的心理健康也产生了重要的影响。高校教育工作者应该分析新媒体的特征及其对大学生心理健康影响的因素,从而在教育工作中充分发挥出新媒体的优势,并利用新媒体的优势构建大学生心理健康教育平台,为培养出心理健康和具有高素质的人才提供条件。

With the development of science and technology,the influence of new media has gradually increased. Asthe main position of talent training,higher education institutions need to make timely adjustment. The mental health ofcollege students is the primary concern of education workers,and the new media has an important influence on themental health of college students.College education workers should analyze the characteristics of the new media and itsinfluence on college students＇ mental health factors,so as to give full play to the advantages of new media in the educationwork,and make use of the advantage of new media to build college students＇ mental health education platform,todevelop the mental health and hasa high quality people.
