广州市残疾人职业教育教师问题研究

Research on the Teachers who Teach for the Disabled Students in Secondary Vocational Education:A Case Study in Guangzhou City

摘要 采用访谈法、个案研究法等方法对广州市残疾人职业教育教师的现状特点进行分析,并对其政策支持、教师素质结构、教师培训模式以及教师发展需求进行深入研究。结果显示,存在教师队伍薄弱;教师数量少、结构性专业缺失;双师型教师明显偏低、在职培训缺乏整体规划、教师压力大;教师福利激励机制欠完善等主要问题并提出了相应的改进对策。 This paper studied the status and characteristics exist in vocational teachers who teach for the disabledstudents in Guangzhou.Interview and case study methods are used to investigate the policies and regulations for teachers,quality structure of teachers,teacher training models and needs of teacher development.Main problems exiting are theshortage of teachers in both quantity and quality,structural lacking of professional teachers,low proportion in teacherswith double qualification,lacking of overall planning of on-the-job training,bearing heavy pressure while lacking ofwelfare incentive mechanism.Suggestions for improvement are included in the end.
